A lot of the daily admin work inside of a brokerage. It summarizes and analyzes policies (limits, deductibles, dates, exposures, schedules and "is this covered?" questions, where every answer cited to a page), compares renewal versus expiring terms or quote versus bound, and parses batches of loss runs into clean totals. It compares carrier quotes, pre-fills ACORD forms, and assembles submission packages. It prepares renewal briefs and client-ready recaps, builds five-minute pre-call prospect briefs, and surfaces cross-sell opportunities from your connected book. It answers book-of-business questions like in-force premium, retention, and top accounts, and it generates Word, Excel, PDF, and branded PowerPoint deliverables.

Its coverage recommendations and policy insights are a starting point for your review, not a final source of truth. ennabl.AI is a tool to help insurance professionals to streamline operations and get quick answers, but it is not a replacement for the wisdom and experience that a licensed insurance agent brings to the table.

Yes. Each agency works in an isolated environment, and queries are automatically scoped to your own book — your data is never shared across customers. The only aggregated view is anonymized carrier-appetite intelligence, which contains no agency names, premiums, or revenue. AMS visibility is role-based, that is, users see exactly what they are authorized to see and nothing more.

ennabl.AI can be connected to almost every aspect of your agency's operations. Ennabl can work with you to bring in data from any AMS or CRM system, and, after correcting, standardizing and enriching that data, make it available to ennabl.AI users.

ennabl.AI can be connected to your email, so that attached documents are automatically available to you. It can also be connected to wherever your documents are stored, whether attached in an AMS, on a OneDrive or Google Drive, or in a document management system.

No. ennabl.AI sits alongside your existing systems rather than replacing them. It's a web app with a guided in-product tour, and you can get value on day one by uploading a document and asking a question.

Yes! All Ennabl customers who currently are licensed to use the Ennabl DECISIONS will have the opportunity to move to the ennabl.AI platform. Users will be upgraded to an amazing experience where new reports and dashboards can be created with just a sentence, be shared with colleagues and delivered to your inbox. Ennabl Dashboard customers will also get to try out all of the document and workflow tools to see how they work.

When EnnablDECISIONS (Analytics platform) users are upgraded to the new ennabl.AI platform — expected over the coming 2–3 months — you will get unlimited access to the "Analytics" tab: view all standard dashboards and build your own, with no cap on the number of questions you ask of your data. You will also get the free version of the ennabl.AI Documents & Workflows section, which includes uploading up to 5 documents per week and 50 AI questions per month. If you want more from the Documents & Workflows platform, you can license it for $99 per user/month, or contact us for a quote for your whole team or agency.

In short: Analytics questions are unlimited; the 5 documents/week and 50 AI questions/month limits apply only to the free Documents & Workflows tier.

An individual license is only $99 per month. There are team-based licenses that start at $109 per user per month that allow organizations to pool credits, establish a library of documents and processes and work with Ennabl to build a roll-out plan.
